What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Late arrival is possible: our on-site manager hands over the keys.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 5 nights. Over the year-end holidays (check-in between 27 December and 4 January), the minimum stay is 7 nights.
How do booking and cancellation work?
30% of the stay at booking to secure your dates — free cancellation within 7 days. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. Payment by Pix or bank transfer.
Is cleaning included?
Yes: a weekly cleaning is included, with bed and bath linen. Extra cleanings can be arranged (at your expense). The gardener and pool maintenance come on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Parties, pets, smoking?
Parties and events only with prior approval. Pets accepted on request. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Out of respect for the neighbours, music down after 10 pm.
Are there security cameras?
Yes, outdoor cameras monitor the entrances (garage entrance, main access, front garden and side passage). They do not film the inside of the house or the pool and leisure areas — your privacy is preserved.
How does the Wi-Fi work?
Starlink satellite internet across the whole property. The connection QR code is in every suite and at the churrasqueira.
What about the rubbish?
Collection passes every morning: just place your bags in the bin in front of the house.
How do we get there from the airport?
From Porto Seguro airport: ferry (about a 10-minute crossing) then around 10 minutes by car to the villa. Vans to the centre and the ferry stop 400 m from the house.
What if something goes wrong during our stay?
Our local manager is available throughout your stay — you'll get the number at check-in. And the villa generates its own electricity with 18 solar panels.
